Legislative Events

The Chamber fills a vital role in providing area business people with opportunities to interact with local, state and federal representatives and appointed officials. Special events hosted by the Chamber include:

A breakfast or lunch featuring a U.S. Representative or Senator hosted by the Chamber (typically in the Fall) to provide an opportunity for our members and the business community to hear from Washington lawmakers.
This reception is held in October or November of each year and designed to be our premier event of gratitude in recognition to those individuals that serve our community as elected officials, including the city council, board of education, county commissioners and state elected officials representing the Broken Arrow area.
A series of two breakfast briefings hosted by the Chamber in the Fall (Sept, Oct or Nov) to inform and educate our business community on matters of city, school and county issues of importance to Broken Arrow.
A series of three breakfast briefings hosted by the Chamber while the State Legislature is in session. Discussion points include issues and topics regarding the progress of the Chamber’s Legislative Agenda as well as a “real time” perspective into the legislative activities at the State Capitol.
