Meet Our New Staff Members
Originally from Edmond, Oklahoma, Michelle Ondak graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development. She is passionate about helping people thrive, strengthening relationships, and building strong communities. In 2015, Michelle relocated to the Tulsa area and fell in love with Northeast Oklahoma.
Since moving to Tulsa, Michelle has held positions of progressive responsibility for marketing and research in both the private and non-profit sectors. As she advanced her role at the Tulsa Regional Chamber, most recently as the Director of Business Attraction for Economic Development, she was responsible for cultivating relationships with companies as well as site location consultants to recruit new businesses to the region. She has continued to pursue additional professional education through programs such as The Mine, a 9-month social entrepreneurship fellowship focused on leadership and problem solving, and The University of Oklahoma’s Economic Development Institute, which she will begin attending this fall.
She is excited to be a part of the vibrant community of Broken Arrow and to contribute to its success!
Ashley Donnell graduated from Tulsa Community College in 2019 with an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration. She is the Director of Administration for the Alpha Zeta Alpha Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa and is a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success. Born and raised in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, Ashley relocated to the Tulsa area in 2015 with her husband, Jake. She is the new Executive Assistant for the Broken Arrow Chamber. Prior to coming to the Chamber, Ashley worked as an Administrative Assistant at NORDAM for four and a half years.
Ashley is thrilled to bring her decade of experience to the Chamber! She is eager to learn more about the Chamber and become more involved in the Broken Arrow Community. Ashley and Jake live in Broken Arrow with their two dogs, Tank and Beau.
