The Arrowhead Business Awards are given out each year during the Broken Arrow Chamber Annual Gala. These awards celebrate the excellence shown by businesses, organizations and individuals in Broken Arrow that are members of the Broken Arrow Chamber. The Arrowhead Business Awards are presented by Tulsa Tech.

Applications are due by January 13th. Award recipients will be recognized at the Annual Gala on February 1st.

Awards Include:

Small Business of the Year (15 or fewer employees)

A business that has made a significant impact in the community they serve, these are industry leaders that have created wealth through new jobs, bettered the city by encouraging their staff to be involved in the community, and continually innovate to be ahead of the pack.

Business of the Year (16 or more employees)

A business that has made a significant impact in the community they serve, these are industry leaders that have created wealth through new jobs, bettered the city by encouraging their staff to be involved in the community, and continually innovate to be ahead of the pack.

Community Advocate of the Year

The community advocate of the year is awarded to organizations or individuals that go above and beyond their business’ mission to serve the community at large. They empower their employees to serve and work to advocate the community they love. Examples include volunteering at community events, serving on Community Boards, Supporting local non-profit organizations and more.

Manufacturer of the Year

These businesses create wealth for the community and export their goods across the nation and abroad. Providing quality jobs and opportunities for the region, they are the backbone of local economy and are engaged in the community.

Non-Profit of the Year

The non-profit of the year is an organization that provides services and programming to the Broken Arrow community that are extraordinary, serving people’s needs and providing products and services not found in the for-profit realm.

Minority Owned Business of the Year

This award is presented to an outstanding minority owned business in our region. The outstanding work they do not only creates tremendous growth in their business but also in the community.

Business Person of the Year

A person whose business practices embody what it means to be a community partner, innovator, and leader. The Business Person of the Year is a prestigious award that will be given to someone who stands alone as an example to his or her peers. Must demonstrate their propensity to grow their business, community involvement, and job creation.
