The Broken Arrow Community Playhouse is proud to present the musical All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten for two weekends¬ – August 16-25. Friday and Saturday shows are at 7:30 p.m. and the Sunday matinees are at 2 p.m.
All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten takes a funny, insightful, and heartwarming look at what is profound in everyday life. This stage adaptation of Fulghum’s book is an evening of theatrical storytelling, with humorous vignettes and delightful music reminding all that a child-like approach to life is one we all could embrace.
Scott Brister, who co-wrote and served as musical director for the BACP’s 2022 production of Christmas in My Hometown and was on the creative team for 2023’s variety Christmas show Hometown Holiday Happenings, will make his BACP directorial debut. Brister’s wife, Janet, will serve as the show’s musical director. The extended ensemble cast includes a mix of BACP stage veterans and newcomers: Milan Anich, II, Julia Chapman, Mark Courcier, Lani Cowen, Steve Cowen, Julie Culley, Tanner Daniels, Kent Dittmer, Mackenzie Egger, Jody Graham, Eric Harp, Paul Henry, Ryan Mash, Larisa Olinghouse, Charmin Richardson, Sarah Schudt, Mallory Sepulveda and Natasha Taylor.
