Business leaders, elected officials, and community stakeholders, to create a vision for the future and ensure Broken Arrow continues to be a great place to live, work, and grow.
We strengthen our community through:
Leadership Development – Preparing today’s leaders to meet tomorrow’s challenges through programs like Leadership Broken Arrow and the Community Leadership Retreat.
Strategic Partnerships – Connecting businesses, leaders, and organizations to collaborate on opportunities that drive long-term success.
Community Promotion – Showcasing Broken Arrow to future residents, businesses, and visitors.
This program gives participants a unique, in-depth understanding of Broken Arrow’s past, present, and future while helping them develop their personal leadership strengths. Graduates are equipped to serve, influence, and shape the future of our community. The program runs from August through May, meeting one day each month. Held each fall, this invitation-only event gathers elected officials, business owners, and community leaders to explore best practices and plan for Broken Arrow’s future. By alternating between leadership retreats and best practice trips, the event creates meaningful dialogue and builds stronger connections across the community.
