Tuesdays in the Park is a long-running success for arts in Broken Arrow. Tuesday evenings in June a musical performance is presented on an outdoor stage in Central Park. The grassy slope of the park provides an excellent amphitheater for the crowds relaxing and listening…and often dancing. Tuesdays in the Park is free to attend and appropriate for families.
The Rose District in Downtown Broken Arrow offers visitors a great opportunity to spend extra time shopping, dining and enjoying the vibrant community. USA Today has listed the Rose District as Oklahoma’s entry for “Charming Main Streets Across the US”, so don’t miss the chance to check it out before the concert.
Music lovers have been encouraged to bring blankets or folding chairs. Attendance ranges from 350 adults to 600, but each year the event is growing. A variety of food vendors donate a portion of profits to ARTSOK to support this event. All other expenses are funded by donors and grants. This year’s vendors include Broken Arrow Civitans famous hamburgers, Stu B Que, Andolinis and Ma & Pa’s Kettle Corn
We appreciate the City of Broken Arrow, Arrow Exterminators and Tastee Treat as major event donors and all the other supporters of ARTSOK.
